We support California legal teams through a broad range of reporting services and provide exemplary service and timely evaluation reports that constitute substantial evidence in cases. We were built to address the pitfalls of the current system. We asked attorneys what was most important to them in a med-legal report and then developed a comprehensive process to address their priorities.

Medical Legal Evaluators stands apart in a fundamental way in that a single provider performs all stages of a case's evaluation. We do not use historians, record reviewers, or transcriptionists. The result is a case completely evaluated, conceptualized and documented by one expert. Nothing is lost in translation.

All of our evaluators receive regular and extensive training from leading attorneys in the field on relevant SIBTF case law. They know the issues that may arise in the courtroom and write reports that speak to judges’ considerations. In addition, our quality assurance team ensures that our reports are of the highest caliber, further minimizing the need for supplemental requests and depositions.​
